32471 Private Frederick Henry Shulver

32471 Private Frederick Henry Shulver born in 1885 in Hedenham, Norfolk, He was one of three children to Frederick and Maria Shulver.

Frederick married Lillian Roselle Boyson on 28^th December 1908 in Shipmeadow, Surrey. They had three children:

Margaret Rosemary Shulver born 1911 in Surrey

Olive Minnie Shulver born 1914 in Congleton

Barbara Shulver born 1917 in Congleton

Sometime between 1912 – 1913 Frederick and his family moved to Little Moss, Scholar Green, his occupation was a joiner.

The WW1 medical history sheet is very faint, so height, weight etc can’t be read, but you can read that his little finger of left hand was missing. Frederick enlisted in December 1915. Frederick was killed on 21^st March 1918 in Belgium, he has no grave.

Frederick and Lillian’s daughters all married:

Margaret Rosemary Shulver married Charles Worrall in 1933.

Barbara Shulver married Tom Thorley in 1933.

Olive Minnie Shulver married Reginald Taylor 1936.
