Percy Davies

Percy is second cousin, 3 times removed of Julian Stone. He was born in 1893 in Thurlwood (Rode Heath) the son of Charles and Charlotte Davies. On the 1911 census Percy is described as a miller. He is mentioned on the Commonwealth War Graves Website (Service No. K/28610) he died on 23 Oct 1916 whilst serving on HMS Genista which was torpedoed off the SW Coast of Ireland by a U-boat. His body was never recovered.
