Once again The MCRA and people of Mow
Cop have done us proud, this years Killer Mile was as good as ever. There
were 740 runners from all over the Country turning up to compete in what has
become a fun event; and not just for club runners. When the Killer Mile started
back in the late 1970's, it was dominated by serious club runners, now they
are seriously outnumbered by the fun runners and children, all eager to test
their enurance at the 4th steepest road in Britain.
Once again we had dry weather and sunshine
for the early part of the evening, but it does get chilly at 7:00 on Mow Cop. |
